What do you think of my poem?

Floating, spinning
Twirling, Falling
Sinking downward
Like a graceful stampede
Flying hurriedly
As if they will crash
And burst into a puff of nothingness
Yet, as they glide swiftly
Towards the blanket below
They slow and gently lay without harm
Like every morsel has a definite home
A undoubtable duty to rest peacefully in its place
Looking up silently
As their comrades dance around the orange glow of a street lamp
They sparkle like a million precious diamonds
Yet disappear in an instant
Covering everything in sight
So beautifully, meaningfully
Some shelter from these silent soldiers
Others embrace them
If only, if only
the world were the same
Tiny gifts from giant givers
They have forever been
Forever will be
The picturesque scene
Of Falling Snow

This is pretty good..at first I thought you were talking about leaves in the fall until I got to the part about precious diamonds but snow is cool too. Uhm..I would say though that in the beginning “Floating, spinning
Twirling, Falling” sounds a little confusing because floating is usually thought of as something that is rising, but then you say “falling” which makes me wonder what it is that you are actually describing and if you are describing more than one thing. Another thing, you first say that they are “Flying hurriedly As if they will crash” but then you say “They slow and gently lay without harm”. It gets pretty confusing a couple times throughout your poem. I see where you are trying to go with this but please make it more clear.
